The after-sales service

MAC MAHON PHOTO VIDEO repairs all the marks of photo equipment. The ZEISS material is either repaired in Oberköchen in Germany or in Paris. Material LEICA is either repaired in Solms in Germany or in Paris. The other marks are repaired in our Parisian workshops.

Our prices

• Analog photography estimate : 33,00 Euros T.T.C.
• Digital photography estimate  : 55,00 Euros T.T.C.
• Video estimate : 100,00 Euros T.T.C.
• Labour for photography works (price per hour) : 55,00 Euros H.T. for one hour
• Labour for video works (price per hour) : 79,00 Euros H.T. for one hour

A minimum of 20 Euros for shipping costs is added to the price. To know the detailed amount of our sending costs, please see General Conditions of Sale.

The estimate is payable at the deposit of the apparatus.

The amount paid for the estimates are either deduced of the cost of the reparation, refunded if the apparatus is not reparable, but not refunded if the customer refuses to repair it.

You can deposit your apparatuses at our store to be repaired.

You can also ship them to us.

You will be informed of the follow-up of your after-sales service.

Average times for fixing :

• Estimate : approximately 15 days
• Repairs : two to four weeks
